Certaines options, qui peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre propos\u00e9es sur d\u2019autres centres d\u2019usinage, tels que Woodpecker Optima ou Woodpecker 60, sont ici incluses de s\u00e9rie, car Performance est con\u00e7u pour assurer une productivit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un centre d\u2019usinage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des entreprises qui entendent travailler sur deux ou trois roulements, 24 heures sur 24, cinq ou six jours par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Woodpecker Performance est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de cinq \u00e9lectrobroches autonomes<\/strong>, refroidies par liquide, d\u2019une puissance de 24 kW chacune, et d\u2019un emmanchement d\u2019outil HSK-63E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce centre d\u2019usinage se distingue \u00e9galement par un magasin d\u2019outils lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 250 positions qui peut contenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500 outils<\/strong>. Compte tenu des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de productivit\u00e9, il est tr\u00e8s souvent indispensable de se doter d\u2019outils en double pour \u00e9liminer les arr\u00eats de la machine et les co\u00fbts d\u2019outillage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
