Work station
Multi-functional CNC machining centre with independent electro-spindle capable of high power outputs, and independent operating units for drilling and milling operations.
The HSK-63E quick-release toolholder allows to insert milling and angular tools via automatic, precise and safe tool changing.
Loading/Unloading unit
Integrated and automatic Loading/Unloading bufferthat works autonomously without the need for manned supervision: the operator is therefore free to perform other tasks such as the assembly of the pieces at the press machine, thereby improving turnaround time.
Clamps
Piece locking using multiple clamps ensures extreme precision, grip and stability of the pieces during processing.
The standard length of the clamp allows to work a single piece up to maximum 3,500 mm long (internal tenon), or two pieces each max. 1,500 mm long simultaneously.
Software interface
An intuitive built-in software, specifically designed by SAOMAD, runs the CNC machining centre with absolute precision. It can be connected online to CAD/CAM programs, thereby allowing to make any kind of door or window. It is a system open to new upgrades or to specific applications.
