The name was not chosen at random: Woodpecker Performance is a machining centre designed to provide wooden door and window frame manufacturers with excellent levels of performance. We have poured over 65 years of expertise and innovation into this machine.
A loading/unloading buffer with a processing range from 400 to 1,200 pieces, a tool magazine that can hold up to 750 elements, machining of up to 10 pieces simultaneously: these features alone should suffice in pointing out how Woodpecker Performance is the ideal machining centre for manufacturers seeking to make a giant leap forward in productivity and in finishing quality.
A compact and entirely enclosed structure allows to keep the machining centre relatively small, to reduce noise and to optimise dust extraction.

Working group
Robotic machining centre with 5 independent electro-spindles capable of high power outputs for all kinds of machining operations. Liquid cooling system. Each spindle features a 24 kW motor with HSK-63E quick-release toolholder. Maximum rigidity.
The HSK-63E toolholder allows to insert milling and angular transmissions via automatic tool changing.
It has a 250-slot linear tool magazine. Woodpecker Performance allows to use up to 750 tools, all immediately available for uninterrupted door or window production.
Loading/Unloading unit
The Woodpecker Performance machining centre offers a double integrated and automatic loading/unloading buffer that can move up to 400 pieces.
It can be integrated with an intelligent magazine that allows to load up to maximum 1,200 pieces. In this way, the machine can work 24 hours uninterruptedly without human supervision.
Clamps
The piece locking system with multiple clamps ensures extreme precision, grip and stability of the piece, regardless of its profile or cross-section.
Woodpecker Performance allows for the simultaneous machining of up to maximum 10 pieces (depending on piece size).
Very high production flexibility.
Software interface
The machining centre is run by precise and intuitive software. The connection interface allows to interact with all European management software products.
The software provides easy connection to the existing machine pool and to CAD/CAM design software programs. It is an open system that can be expanded or integrated with other specific applications.
