The design and production of woodworking machines inside a coded quality system provides the client with the certainty of receiving a valid, safe and reliable product/service.
An ambitious and certified quality system
Our quality system is certified under ISO 9001, the standard that has three main principles: customer focus, continuous improvement and process monitoring. We have made these principles ours.
We constantly check our internal processes via periodic control audits performed by an external company.
Our commitment to continuous improvement in all of our activities is aimed at obtaining mutual benefits with all parties concerned – clients and suppliers – so as to improve each one’s ability to create value and become more efficiently competitive.
Focused on the client
Our main objective, however, has always been and still is the satisfaction of customer needs, the desire to simplify and qualify their work. For this reason, in 2016 we built a 3,000 m2 large industrial building exclusively dedicated to testing. All of our machines, in fact, are shipped off only after being tested on our premises in presence of the final user. This allows to reduce to a minimum the machine’s set-up time so that, once installed at the client’s premises, it can become fully operational in just a few days.
